Tena Men France wanted to enhance video ad performance and drive more traffic to retail sites using Dynamic Content Engine (DCE). The challenge? Identifying the right messaging and creative combinations to maximise engagement.
My role involved auditing existing assets, categorising them into key themes, and aligning them with audience motivations—both functional (leakproof performance) and emotional (confidence, control, and normality). Leveraging GWI insights, we also uncovered lifestyle passion points to refine targeting.
These insights shaped a strategic creative brief and messaging matrix, ensuring a data-driven approach to content variation. The campaign successfully demonstrated the impact of dynamic creative, securing buy-in from internal stakeholders and inspiring further investment across markets and brands.
